Same as GL-5 gear oil, but formulated with high VI (viscosity index) thermally stable base stocks and a highly effective sulphur-phosphorus extreme pressure, anti-wear, anti-scuff, anti-weld additive system with a red tackifier to provide greater adhesion to gears and leak detection. It provides excellent film strength for use in heavily loaded gear sets and is formulated to meet SAE J2360, API MT-1, and Mack GO-J specifications.
