The Errecom TR1163.AL2.J7.P1 Extreme Ultra is an advanced leak stop solution designed for air conditioning and refrigeration (AC/R) systems. Each package contains two 6 mL cartridges, totaling 12 mL of product. This innovative formula permanently seals micro-leaks up to 0.3 mm in both metal and rubber components of AC/R systems.

• Permanent Repair: Effectively seals refrigerant gas leaks in metal and rubber components.
• Polymer-Free Formula: Does not react with moisture or oxygen, ensuring it doesn't clog the system.
• Compatibility: Works with all refrigeration lubricants and refrigerant gases, including R12, R134a, R1234yf, CFC, HFC, HCFC, R32, and HFO, except R717 (ammonia).
• Safety: Non-flammable, non-irritating, and safe for technicians.
• UV Detectable: Visible under UV light, facilitating leak detection.

Dosage:

• Automotive AC Systems: One 6 mL cartridge per vehicle.
• HVAC/R Systems: One 6 mL cartridge treats systems up to 21 kW (approximately 6 tons) or containing up to 700 mL of compressor lubricant.

Application Instructions:

1. Turn on the AC system and set it to the lowest temperature.
2. Locate the low-pressure charging port and connect the appropriate adapter.
3. Attach the cartridge to the adapter and inject the entire 6 mL content into the system.
4. Disconnect the cartridge and adapter.
5. Allow the AC system to operate for at least 30 minutes to ensure proper circulation.
