Belnet is a flushing solution with a high level of evaporation that was created specifically for use in all AC/R systems. Once inserted into the AC/R system, it removes metal remnants and used oil. It must be introduced inside the AC/R systems using manual or pneumatic devices.

Belnet is a flammable cleaning solution designed specifically to flush refrigeration lines.

Before flushing, DISCONNECT the COMPRESSOR, THE EXPANSION VALVE and the DEHYDRATION FILTER: these components cannot be cleaned.

INSTRUCTIONS

Insert BELNET in the plant or in the component to be washed, by using a washing tank or other manual, electric or pneumatic tools
Let BELNET circulate until the liquid will emerge from the part of the clean recovery
Flush the nitrogen to accelerate the evaporation of the product
Dispose of the liquid wash, in accordance with the current regulations.

Note: Belnet must be used by an experienced operator, who has to be provided with specific personal protective devices/equipment.
